Even though the first walker we ordered didn’t work out the return of the walker and reordering a new one was so easy and the next walker fit my son perfectly. It was so easy and efficient. David and Veronica were really good to work with.

from day one, the process was easy, personnel kept me informed of progress thro was the rep that delivered the chair too. unfortunately I needed an adjustment after he left and the same week ( I'm very happy!)

Both Ricky, the lead tech, and Mary (trainee) were professional and friendly. Ricky was able to address all my issues and ordered some parts for another visit. They were very thorough. As always with NuMotion, great techs.

i appreciate the short time window to expect the service visit. Dylan was courteous and focused and quiet while he worked and I worked. BTH, I never had a Numotion service engineer who was not a nice guy.

Ordered the wrong parts. I was standing beside the tech when he ordered the Parts the mistake was made down the line but I do not think the blame went there
