The representative, Rich, was so helpful and he explained all the features and fitting specifications in an easy to understand way. I feel more even on my chair I have scoliosis. He stuck some rubber, thin rubber to even me out. It’s working my left side still a little tight hugging me, but I have to have a test CAT scan to see why my stomach is protruding and we can go from there, otherwise, they were very thorough

The staff who came is very professional and he made sure that my mother is able to get the motorized wheelchair that she needs. I forgot his name but he's excellent plus the lady Physical therapist who did assessment over video call. Thanks to both of them.

My technician, Ricky was GREAT, He did a great job. I still don’t understand why the back office can’t be reached when I call the LOCAL number. You get either someone in the Phillipines overseas, or someone in another state. It. took MANY phone calls before installation to set up this routine battery replacement order for my powerchair..MY TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT !, Please hire a phone coordinator for each local office.
