I worked with Anna & Mike at Shirley Ryan. I was very nervous about my disabilities because it’s rare & many don’t understand how hard it can be when you don’t live with a functional neurological disorder everyday. So, knowing that Anna & Mike worked with many other's like myself was a positive. They made me feel comfortable & included me in on decisions for my chair. Rob Mallon was fantastic ! He listened as I explained my situation and reassured me that a power chair was possible for me. We talked to Tammy the PT. Both Rob and Tammy were so competent which was obviously very reassuring to me. After Rob demonstrated how the chair worked I actually was able to actually able to drive it - went down my ramp and down my street a few houss ! I feel like I have a new lease on life. Excellent service .The technician Rob Mallon who came to our house Did an excellent service .He is !very knowledgeable ,polite compassionate. ,And very thorough in explaining the details .He gave us options and answered our questions in the simplest way .I recommend Numotion company for any one who is looking for power W/c or other equipments for home use .Thank you so much !

My new custom motorized chair was making "moaning sounds when I turned a certain way so I called for a technician to check it out. I couldn't come in to the facility as I had no way to get therer, so they scheduled an in home repairJacob from the Lombard facility came out and found out that the right wheel was rubbing up against the fender making that sound. New wheels and fenders were ordered and he came by today to install them.. I want to give notice that he was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant! I am very pleased... read more
