My technician, Ricky was GREAT, He did a great job. I still don’t understand why the back office can’t be reached when I call the LOCAL number. You get either someone in the Phillipines overseas, or someone in another state. It. took MANY phone calls before installation to set up this routine battery replacement order for my powerchair..MY TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT !, Please hire a phone coordinator for each local office. Even though the first walker we ordered didn’t work out the return of the walker and reordering a new one was so easy and the next walker fit my son perfectly. It was so easy and efficient. David and Veronica were really good to work with.

from day one, the process was easy, personnel kept me informed of progress thro was the rep that delivered the chair too. unfortunately I needed an adjustment after he left and the same week ( I'm very happy!)
