From the start: Dillon handled a communication issues (technical issue not his fault) great. Rolled with the punches and got to what he needed to do. Work : Did the job fast. Identified there was a parts issue a third time (again not his fault). Noted the part that is actually needed. Saw there was wear already substantial on my casters and recommended a replacement. I brought my chair into the Lombard, IL. office to have some minor repairs. Steve, the technician, was great. He helped me fix all the little items that made a big difference. He went above and beyond to get my chair working right. I'm extremely grateful for all his care and expertise.
