i appreciate the short time window to expect the service visit. Dylan was courteous and focused and quiet while he worked and I worked. BTH, I never had a Numotion service engineer who was not a nice guy.

Ordered the wrong parts. I was standing beside the tech when he ordered the Parts the mistake was made down the line but I do not think the blame went there

There was a little bit of a problem with the Tech because he was new to the putting together the smart drive to a fold up wheelchair other than that everything was successful.
