There was a little bit of a problem with the Tech because he was new to the putting together the smart drive to a fold up wheelchair other than that everything was successful.

From the start: Dillon handled a communication issues (technical issue not his fault) great. Rolled with the punches and got to what he needed to do. Work : Did the job fast. Identified there was a parts issue a third time (again not his fault). Noted the part that is actually needed. Saw there was wear already substantial on my casters and recommended a replacement.
