We've rented through OIA for most of the last 12 years. As the houses have aged 12 years since we've been coming they are really showing their age and have been in need of repairs and freshening up (which is not necessarily OIA fault so much as the owner). Great experience two years in a row. Houses have been clean and well appointed. Friendly folks, easy booking and payment process, easy equipment rental with dropoff and pickup, and lots of pet friendly properties. Will definitely use Oak Island Accommodation for future rentals!
We really enjoyed our vaction staying at Island Delight. It is a beautiful home. Kids enjoyed the hot/cold outside shower they used after coming back from the beach. OIA is a pleasure to rent through very friendly staff.
This will be our second time renting from OIA. The first time was for my husband and I's honeymoon. Now we have added another little bundle of joy to our family and she just turned one. I will be returning with both of my children and my mothers to enjoy the week again. Always had a very pleasant experience even when I was being difficult. A very patient and polite staff.
