I just want to say that the gentlemen that worked on my car were very polite and efficient at their jobs but I am writing to commend the owner on his GREAT customer service. I had emailed the company with an issue and received an immediate response and resolution to my question. It was unbelievable customer service and above and beyond what I had expected. I will return to their business as I know that they stand behind what they do.

The salesman really had not a clue what he was doing. It appeared he had had a late night drinking and didn't care much to be there. Another customer had their car on the lift and needed a part. The salesman basically said he looked everywhere but the supply closet that contained the parts was such a mess he couldn't find anything. This whole crew of people seem like very slick salesmen, perpetually telling you need everything from a new air filter to rear differential fluid, whether you need them or not. I feel like a sucker for letting them replace my drain plug - I bet it was fine. Also the air filter - I couldn't remember when I last had it done so let them change it, but of course it's going to look dirty even after a few thousand miles, when it can last a lot longer. I've been coming here for oil changes for many years. They are all excellent. Pedro is the BEST! They do a great job and always treat you right!

OK I usually like to rate restaurants but I thought I would give a shout out to the Oil Stop people. They don't get praised much (see some of the negative Yelps) so giving a 5 star rating is not out of the question for a job well done. I have been faithfully going to this Oil Stop for 16 years; they have totally computerized me so they know my name/address, how many cars I have, what make and model they are, what they require, and when I was in last for servicing. A month ago, my transfer case went out in my vehicle. The dealer tells me that the plug was not tight and that fluid was leaking from it. Oilstop is the only place to have ever loosened the plug. I have not had the oil "professionally" changed since I came here almost 2 years ago. BOTTOM LINE: I would not go here

I never thought I'd write a review for an oil change place. That alone should tell you something. Whoever came up with this business plan knew what he or she was doing. Amazing, professional, friendly service. Free soda, water, or coffee if you want it (offered several times -- seriously, my husband and I could have made out with half a dozen Diet Cokes between the two of us, if we'd wanted to).
