I'm from the old, "dirty rag" school of oil changing. When I dropped in to OilStop, I was (1) Greeted friendlier than I would ever have suspected by what I formerly thought of as oil change "grease monkeys." (2) Then I looked around and saw the place was spotless! Caught me off guard big time. All the positive reviews are dead on. These guys are great! I usually change my own oil but decided to pull in and try the drive through method. Very impressive. I actually brought my own oil because I came in a skeptic. They were happy to to put in the oil and filter I brought and actually discounted $7 off the total cost. I would definitely come back. Thank you for your hard work guys!

This place is LEGIT!!! Never have I received such service! Corporate America and retailers EVERYWHERE can learn about customer service from an oil change shop of all places!! Tim, you are the man! I hope you are planning to climb all the way to the top of this company's ladder, you deserve it!

This was an exceptional customer experience. When I arrived I was given a brochure and told "this is a little information about who we are and what we do" The brochure explained that I would be offered other services but I should be totally comfortable saying no thanks. Tim and the rest of the crew were fantastic, super polite, and highly professional. A good oil change. Everyone's nice and there's complimentary beverages. There's also a complimentary oil change. This is the only place we get our oil changed. I would've given it 5 stars except they say that they ask the questions 'not to pressure you', and they do ask too many. Anyways, this is a good oil change. I don't normally review places like Oilstop but we go here all the time for our cars and it's exceptional service. It's fast, they're friendly. This is the place to get your oil changed.

Been taking all my cars there since they opened!!!!!! thats why all my cars and trucks over the years have lasted over 200.000 miles!!!!!! Oil stop is the only place anyone who cares about there cars should go!!!!! THANX FOR THE YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE OVER THE YEARS

The first couple of times I had my car serviced at Oil Stop, I was a little skeptical. The service seemed too good to be true. The workers seemed too polite and efficient. It was such a stark contrast to service I had received elsewhere. I've been taking my cars regularly to Oil Stop for the last few years and could not be more pleased. Oilstop is AMAZING! The workers are always polite, friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and it's always about a half hour regardless of how many people are in line. I have gone to Oilstop for years and I appreciate the consistant awesome service I get. Reading over some of the other reviews I should clarify that the workers are not "slick salesman" but simply offering suggested maintenance that comes from your vehicles manufacturer. The service is top notch. I hear people complaining about all the options for the service of your car but I appreciate that I have the option without having to go to a dealer and pay a fortune. Thank you Oilstop for always taking such good care of my care and providing excellent service.
