I was extremely impressed with this shop. I was on a trip and just stopped in for an oil change, though I knew I had let fluids go - figured I would do the important one first and deal with the rest later. These folks were totally on the ball, showed me samples of all fluids and offered to change them with no hard sell at all. I was there today march 1st around 3pm and have never been to an oil stop before. On that note I will never go to an oil changers again. This oil stop was the friendliest most polite oil change place I have ever been to! The gentleman working were on point with their jobs and they we knowledgeable on all of the products. Honestly I don't live in this area I live 1 1/2 hours away and I would make the drive to have my oil change at this spot when I need it done again, so that shows how happy I was with the service I received!
I stopped in after driving from Mt Shasta. Justin was great and helped me to fix my problem. Friendly sweet knowledgeable and helpful. What more could you ask. Highly recommend.
This place has the best customer service. The young men actually listen to what I say and move around this place with confidence with what they know. Very professional and most of them very young. Super courteous and keep smiling with eye contact. Thanks guys.
highway robbery. My 19 year old poor student daughter went in for a $49.99 oil change and after 20 min. she left with $150 invoice. The sell technique they use is unethical and dishonest. They "recommend all fluids to be changed" and they use a scare the client technique by showing you a little sampler of how your oil should look like. After they changed motor and transmission fluids my daughter called me and I told her to not continue with the rest of the robbery. I liked how quick and easy this was. The staff offered a lot of services, but I did not feel pressured. I simply said "no, thank you" or "not today" and that was that. They were friendly and efficient. I hate taking my car in for oil changes, because it's usually hard for me to find the time. I was in and out quickly, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I will definitely be back.
I have never had an experience like this having my oil changed! The people who work here are friendly and respectful . You sit in your car and they talk to you about everything they are doing- explaining everything. I love that. It's true they offer a lot of services but I didn't feel pressured and I found it helpful. The people here all seem to work well together and they call out and confirm everything they are doing. The lads working at the shop do a fantastic job. They are kind, work fast and do a top notch job. However, they try and sell you every service they offer even when you ask them not to. They broke a tool bit off on my transfer case. I had a repair shop remove the broken bit. Oilstop was nice enough to pay for the fix. I went back to have my oil changed and I asked them very specifically not to touch the transfer case because I just had it serviced.
