First, I think they do have great customer service. They are also convincing enough to up-sell you extra services. You really have to be firm. But yes they are good people- However, my daughter had her oil changed and then had the transmission flushed the same day(supposedly) at a total of over 268 dollars. Christian and Manuel were very pleasant and friendly, ready to help me after a pressure alert light had been left on following a tire check and oil change. I went in to have it looked at and they even fixed the squeaking in my door! While they weren't able to get the light to turn off because of something the dealership has to do, they assured me they were available to help anytime. Thank you, Oil Stop crew.

It's been a couple years since I last went in here. I use the Yelp discount and the price became quite reasonable. They're not hard selling as I once found them to be. And super positive people there. I would highly recommend Plus you get a free car wash which is always nice.

I've been here twice now with bad experiences. 1st time I brought in a 1990 F150 for an oil change and I had to go to Santa Rosa after, on my way up to Santa Rosa my truck tried to die and so I pulled over and noticed a hose from the radiator had come off and it was semi blocking access to the oil filter. They wouldn't take responsibility for that even though I wasn't looking to for any reimbursement of any kind. The 2nd time was with my 2001 Lincoln Continental that I had an oil change done on. Like all Chevron oil stops this one is professional and fast. $50 this time. Is that more expensive than usual? Their coffee is fine after a couple creams and sugars.

Just found some good ol Southern hospitality at oil stop?! Wow, so nice. No pressure and no judgements when I didn't replace the air filter etc. Thank you. We both know that shits pretty dirty and I should probably replace it but watch me procrastinate til next time anyway, how bow dat. No but really, service with a smile. Honored my coupon, offered refreshments, super informative, got me out of there in like 20 min. Love that they will top off your fluids and air in your tires for 90 days after your service for free. I've never been picky About where I go to change my oil. But ever since I discovered Justin Boyd at oil stop, I won't go anywhere else. Seriously, For no reason other than Justin and the unparalleled customer service he always provides with a smile. What great personalities all the guys have! But Justin especially is a gem. Accessible location, good staff, friendly, polite. I don't see why I won't continue to come here for an oil change as long as I'm in the area. The oil change is also a bit cheaper than what I'm used to some moving here from SF.
