It's been a couple years since I last went in here. I use the Yelp discount and the price became quite reasonable. They're not hard selling as I once found them to be. And super positive people there. I would highly recommend Plus you get a free car wash which is always nice.

I've been here twice now with bad experiences. 1st time I brought in a 1990 F150 for an oil change and I had to go to Santa Rosa after, on my way up to Santa Rosa my truck tried to die and so I pulled over and noticed a hose from the radiator had come off and it was semi blocking access to the oil filter. They wouldn't take responsibility for that even though I wasn't looking to for any reimbursement of any kind. The 2nd time was with my 2001 Lincoln Continental that I had an oil change done on. Like all Chevron oil stops this one is professional and fast. $50 this time. Is that more expensive than usual? Their coffee is fine after a couple creams and sugars.

These guys were the BEST!! Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Trusted them implicitly and will be going back to this location even though I live a good 40 minutes away.

Just found some good ol Southern hospitality at oil stop?! Wow, so nice. No pressure and no judgements when I didn't replace the air filter etc. Thank you. We both know that shits pretty dirty and I should probably replace it but watch me procrastinate til next time anyway, how bow dat. No but really, service with a smile. I've never been picky About where I go to change my oil. But ever since I discovered Justin Boyd at oil stop, I won't go anywhere else. Seriously, For no reason other than Justin and the unparalleled customer service he always provides with a smile. What great personalities all the guys have! But Justin especially is a gem. He's Super personable, very knowledgeable, helpful, and has simply the best personality for customer service that one could have. He is also just plain fun and hilarious! Accessible location, good staff, friendly, polite. I don't see why I won't continue to come here for an oil change as long as I'm in the area. The oil change is also a bit cheaper than what I'm used to some moving here from SF.

I was extremely impressed with this shop. I was on a trip and just stopped in for an oil change, though I knew I had let fluids go - figured I would do the important one first and deal with the rest later. These folks were totally on the ball, showed me samples of all fluids and offered to change them with no hard sell at all. I am very sensitive to hard sell (do not like) and also very knowledgeable about cars. If every shop were as respectful and low key as this one, mechanics would all have great reputations. I was there today march 1st around 3pm and have never been to an oil stop before. On that note I will never go to an oil changers again. This oil stop was the friendliest most polite oil change place I have ever been to! The gentleman working were on point with their jobs and they we knowledgeable on all of the products. Honestly I don't live in this area I live 1 1/2 hours away and I would make the drive to have my oil change at this spot when I need it done again, so that shows how happy I was with the service I received!
