Horrible experienced, they know how trick people: My son went to do the oil changed, the recommendation was to replace the wiper because are cracked, less that a moth I replaced for a Michelin set That I bought, when mi son toll me what they suggested and he accepted y call them and asked for the old ( 1 month old) wiper after 2 hours the told me that they don't have it any more in the garbage, they put it in the dumpster and if I want it I can go to look for it inside the dumpster making fun of me, all my conversation was w... read more
Have been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else to have my oil changed. The mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and it's never taken more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommended for a quick oil change.
It's hard not to like this place. Only four stars because it is relatively expensive, but other than that, it's a good option. It's impressive how polite and professional the staff are here--they really know their work and do a good job at it. If I come back, it will be because I know they do a great job with my car, not necessarily because Oilstop is a value option, and it really isn't.
Great service! I have never been to one of these before but I'm glad I came across. David and John were helpful and informed. You get a beverage upon arrival, speedy service and no upsell pressure.
Great oil change place. Very professional and customer service focused! These guys are eager to help and don't pressure you with upgrade services. I will be back.
Super lame. Was offered a drink...they forgot. They told me it was first come first serve. After waiting 45 minutes they took a dude that arrived 10 minutes after me and then told me it would be another 45 minutes. The dude that arrived 10 minutes after me was just about done when they told me I had to wait at least another 45 minutes. Very unprofessional, complete chaos. Mark, We're sorry your recent service experience wasn't to your liking. When you pulled in, it was a very busy time, and we had to move a few cars around to try and make certain everyone was serviced in the best order possible. I was told by our staff that they made a mistake pulling someone in, who had arrived after you, and for this, we are very sorry. This Oilstop location has several new staff members, and the more experience they gain, the better the decision-making will be when it comes to which car to move and when.
I actually live in San Jose but I come to Peteluma often, and sometimes I'm at the point where I need to get an oil change. If its your first time here, you might get a little overwhelmed by all the pamphlets and constant up selling of products and services. My first time here, was a really long experience because I was not expecting to sit in my car for over an hour for an oil change. They do a great quick job! There was one time where they asked if I wanted to replace my filters which i always turn down everywhere I go but dust got onto some sensor so my car wouldn't start! Of course I wasn't very happy about that but they were nice and apologetic about the problem and comped me the next time on another service.
