Just wanted to say how great this outfit is! I have had many quick and easy oil changes over the years. I noticed the last time I was in that they offer free oil top ups. Today my oil light came on so I stopped by. Not only did they get me in and out quick and easy with NO CHARGE! They did my tire pressure and other fluids and added a quart of pricey oil! Thanks Oilstop, that's what I call service!
I gave only 2 stars because my unsatisfactory experience started when I my account was charged two times! I figured it was a mistake giving the company the benefit of the doubt so I called and asked what needed to be done. They said I needed to go back to their shop and to bring in my receipt & My bank statement showing the money was withdrawn twice. Which I did. I want to talk about how impressed I am with this crew. First I know cars, not well but I know how to maintain and when I'm trying to be haggled into spending money I don't need to spend just because they think I don't know what's under the hood. So thank you guys for not assuming all women are just dumb. I recommend this spot for anyone.

I drove in today, my car had lost all oil and even though they are not mechanics and it had a more serious problem - they gave me sound advice, told me not to drive it further, allowed me to wait in their parking lot until the tow truck arrived and (it was hot today) brought me a bottle of cold water to quench my thirst while I waited ! Now that is customer service - I am so impressed!
Pleasant, quick, capable and I didn't have to leave my car! Checked an oil change off my 'to do' list in less time than stopping for groceries. I'll be back in a few thousand miles. Thank you for making it so easy.
The service is excellent, great communication of what exactly they are doing to your car, and super friendly. They give you a lot for your money including a free car wash
A drive-thru oil change?! This is the first time I've heard of it. Excellent and speedy service. Very professional and efficient. Tim even asked if I need a drink ... Coffee, soda or water while service is being done. Computer system to track past history and track what needs to be done each visit. I would come here again.
Super friendly and efficient. I waited in my car while they worked on it. They try to upscale (filters, sludge stuff) but don't push it or force it. I like how each step they gave me updates about what they were doing. I'd go here again.
