Pleasant, quick, capable and I didn't have to leave my car! Checked an oil change off my 'to do' list in less time than stopping for groceries. I'll be back in a few thousand miles. Thank you for making it so easy.

The service is excellent, great communication of what exactly they are doing to your car, and super friendly. They give you a lot for your money including a free car wash

A drive-thru oil change?! This is the first time I've heard of it. Excellent and speedy service. Very professional and efficient. Tim even asked if I need a drink ... Coffee, soda or water while service is being done. Computer system to track past history and track what needs to be done each visit. I would come here again.

Super friendly and efficient. I waited in my car while they worked on it. They try to upscale (filters, sludge stuff) but don't push it or force it. I like how each step they gave me updates about what they were doing. I'd go here again.

I'm from the old, "dirty rag" school of oil changing. When I dropped in to OilStop, I was (1) Greeted friendlier than I would ever have suspected by what I formerly thought of as oil change "grease monkeys." (2) Then I looked around and saw the place was spotless! Caught me off guard big time. No grease on the floor, guys moving around in what seemed like 'boot camp' precision, yet with disarmingly friendly smiles. All the positive reviews are dead on. These guys are great! I usually change my own oil but decided to pull in and try the drive through method. Very impressive. I actually brought my own oil because I came in a skeptic. They were happy to to put in the oil and filter I brought and actually discounted $7 off the total cost. I would definitely come back. Thank you for your hard work guys!

This place is LEGIT!!! Never have I received such service! Corporate America and retailers EVERYWHERE can learn about customer service from an oil change shop of all places!! Tim, you are the man! I hope you are planning to climb all the way to the top of this company's ladder, you deserve it!

This was an exceptional customer experience. When I arrived I was given a brochure and told "this is a little information about who we are and what we do" The brochure explained that I would be offered other services but I should be totally comfortable saying no thanks. Tim and the rest of the crew were fantastic, super polite, and highly professional. A good oil change. Everyone's nice and there's complimentary beverages. There's also a complimentary oil change. This is the only place we get our oil changed. I would've given it 5 stars except they say that they ask the questions 'not to pressure you', and they do ask too many. Anyways, this is a good oil change. I don't normally review places like Oilstop but we go here all the time for our cars and it's exceptional service. It's fast, they're friendly. This is the place to get your oil changed.
