Very professional hard working crew and really attentive towards the customers vehicle needs. I highly recommend them the best crew by far.
Wow! So thrilled this place was open on a Saturday. How was so friendly and professional and was able to check my transmission fluid, topped off on my fluids and fixed my oil. So impressed with this place and grateful they were open when my car was acting up! Will be back for sure.
Hi, I wanted to reach out as I had a very disappointing Oil stop experience on 8/20/22 at the Petaluma location. I went in for a normal oil change and unfortunately left there with more issues than I arrived with. Immediately after leaving, I got a check engine light and my car starting running very poorly. I spent the next half of my day checking for codes and found multiple failures by the Oil Stop staff, please see below. 1. fast efficient and consistent. great service, respectful and friendly employees. always busy and service is well the worth the wait and the price. I used them and petaluma lakeville station, I skipped the funky original Petaluma Washington as I did not get a friendly vibe from the employee as first out of his mouth was 45 minute wait. I choice Rohnert park and lakeville locations which provided outstanding and consistent service, friendly and respectful employees. They do good work but It has taken about an hour each time I go here. Not the place for a quick oil change.

We are still battling the pandemic and have many staff members either down with Covid or in isolation due to exposure, and this is occurring in every region where we have Oilstop locations. Of course, one of the major downsides of this situation is a longer wait, and we are sorry you were subjected to this. We can only hope you’ll give us another chance when your vehicle is due for service again.
I felt compelled to write a review during my service today 4/20/22. While I'm in my car waiting I have the window down and can't help to be moved by the positive culture they have here. The workers are polite and friendly with each-other. It makes me smile how they take care of one another, I can also hear the way the head person interacts with their employees and it's uplifting. As always, service here was friendly and professional. Maya is wonderful and a great asset to the operation. The only thing that bothered me was the sight of a sloppy looking apparent trainee who wasn't in uniform and picked his butt in the public area. Pretty unprofessional.
I was greeted by a short tempered man named Stuart. I was in the middle of saying "Hi! I have the coupon for" when he quickly interrupted me saying, "before we get to that I want to tell you it's going to be a 45 minute wait". Yea sir , it's always that long or longer, you don't have to interrupt me (I did not actually say this, I politely responded and proceeded to wait).
