My main gripe is that I was quoted $104. For a synthetic oil change. I had a 25.00 coupons so the price was supposed to be $85. But... That's not what really happens there. Unlike other oil change places the price doesn't include oil filter or disposal fee. Not to mention being asked literally every minute for some kind of upgrade or upsell. Best service I have ever had getting an oil change. I was driving in from Canada, and they made sure my car was road worthy and were very helpful and detail orientated. I am safely back in Canada, so thank you!
Customer service this place shows in unseen in today’s world. I was honestly blown away by these young people’s professionalism aswell as there military like way of communicating needs towards there fellow co workers. Will definitely come back.
I moved to Roseville last year and my Camry was due for an oil change. I had passed Oilstop several times and wanted to give them a try. Austyn & Alec were great. They were courteous, quick, thorough, friendly and I was confident the job was done well. I highly recommend Oilstop and will be sure to use them in the future.
It's been a long time since I have been here for an oil change, and I won't be back. They no longer offer a waiting room and instead have you sit in your car with engine off during the service. I went on a day that was 110, and it was awful not being able to get out of the car. I would have left but I was not told I could not exit my vehicle until I already had another car behind me.
