Today was my first time here. I brought my car in for an oil changed. They provided an excellent service. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable.
I had the most delightful experience this morning when I brought my car in to get its oil changed at Oilstop Drive-thru and Roseville (Fairway Dr). It is completely the opposite experience that I previously had at Midas on Foothills in Roseville. The minute I pulled up behind a car getting serviced, I was pleasantly greeted by Germel and was offered a drink (coffee or soda). Later, Alex greeted me and asked me questions regarding the car. Service was great! Staff was friendly. The girl and the manager both were very friendly and constantly checked on me making sure I had everything I needed.
I'm waiting for my turn, it's very busy today, but I always feel they do an outstanding job having to maneuver cars into the available lanes, making sure nobody loses their position. Always hopping, maintaining professionalism.
Great experience! Very fast and thorough. Friendly customer service and free cup of coffee. I was done with everything less than 30 minutes. Some other posters mentioned them "upselling items"...this happened to me too, but they don't pressure you. I accepted recommendation for new transmission fluid because they showed my current fluid and it was bad [extra $130, but necessary]. Air filters replaced for extra. But that's okay. This is the best place to get an oil change everyone is so nice and no high pressure sales for additional service .......Alfredo was really helpful tech .....but everyone is !!!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this location and their hard work. I came in today---in the pouring rain I might add---and they got right to work. I was greeted by Dominic who helped me guide my car into the garage. Now, I do not buy into harmful stereotypes, but I am in fact a young woman and I know absolutely nothing about cars. This place is great. Sometimes busy, but rightfully so. Of course they have an option for everything, but are very friendly and aren't too pushy. Had the delight of having Dominic serve me. Exceptional speedy customer service!
WAY OVERPRICED!!! Even with coupon its way too high!!! Go elsewhere! I called to check the prices even with the coupon and that's ONLY for the OIL and not the work to do the scammer oil change!!!!
