The price is low compared to other oil change places. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk-in. I did need to leave my car for a few hours since they are booked. The low rating was due to possible experiences the technician. The tool was dripping for a few days. Upon checking, I found out that the oil pan drain screw was not installed correctly. The tread in the screw and pan are messed up now. There is a regular drip. The screw will not tighten now. I will probably need to go to a shop to change the screw and possibly p... read more

Very impressed with the friendly staff. They were honest and don't pressure you to buy extra products for your car. Free refreshments were provided. They took their time. I like the positive shouts or checks to each other. Highly recommended if you need an oil change. Get there early, so you don't have to wait that long. If you have to wait, you get to chill in your own car.

Long lines, waiting in the car for over 45 min. Once in line you cannot leave. There's no wait times listed or explained. Really frustrating, won't be back.

Had an oil change done on the car. Very efficient. I was in and out within 15mins without apt. They explain potential replacements needed such as air filter, but no pressure. Highly recommend!

After almost two years out of state I was elated to bring my 2019 Tacoma back to Oil stop for their stellar service. As usual, I was helped by professionals, Devon, Dylan, Yareli, Joseph, and a few others worked with me every step of the way ensuring I got the right services. I've been using Oil Stop in Roseville, Fair Oaks, and now on Fairway drive to meet most all of our family's automotive needs and I'm glad to be back in their care.

These guys are great very friendly and professional. Suggestion for management is fans for employees amd customers to cool off for an optimal experience

I just discovered this place. I use to go to the dealer but that was a rip off. I was due for an oil change and got a coupon in the mail from this place so I thought I woud try it out. What a breath of fresh air. You drive up, they guide you in and you stay in your car. The people were young and so friendly. They hustled . Kept me informed as they worked. Washed my windows and gave me a free car wash! I'll be back.
