Great experience! Very fast and thorough. Friendly customer service and free cup of coffee. I was done with everything less than 30 minutes. Some other posters mentioned them "upselling items"...this happened to me too, but they don't pressure you. I accepted recommendation for new transmission fluid because they showed my current fluid and it was bad [extra $130, but necessary]. Air filters replaced for extra. But that's okay. I really wanted to like this place. I came here on my hour long lunch break because I read that they are fast. I am now going on an hour and a half sitting here. They do a good job but do not think this place is fast. You will need two hours out of your day.

My mistake for brining a 2017 BMW here for a simple oil change. When my car was due for another oil change, I called to schedule another oil change only to find out the price had gone up from the last $200 I paid which included an oil change and inspection (that wasn't done). I figured I would call around to see if 1. There was a cheaper quote I could receive elsewhere and 2. A shop that worked in European vehicles. I called ahead of time to see how long it would take and the rep told me it was dead in there, shouldn't be long at all. So I drove over, 15 minutes away. Upon arrival I pulled into the bay, the rep met me, gave a water. Then was met by a technician who asked about the services, I'm a return customer, 3rd consecutive time, figured it would be easy. This took forever to get in as the car in front of us stayed a long time. The other bays went quick but we were not permitted to move. After a long wait, (45-60 min)we got a quick oil change for over $117. Really!? Never going back. And you shouldn't either

I went to this business for an oil change (A1 service on a Honda Ridgeline) this morning. I appreciate the convenience of it, but have had a couple issues with past services on a couple of my vehicles I've taken there. They left my radiator cap ajar once and when I got home noticed coolant everywhere. The second issue was an oil leak due to an improperly tightened oil filter. This is the best place to get an oil change everyone is so nice and no high pressure sales for additional service .......Alfredo was really helpful tech .....but everyone is !!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this location and their hard work. I came in today---in the pouring rain I might add---and they got right to work. I was greeted by Dominic who helped me guide my car into the garage. Now, I do not buy into harmful stereotypes, but I am in fact a young woman and I know absolutely nothing about cars. This place is great. Sometimes busy, but rightfully so. Of course they have an option for everything, but are very friendly and aren't too pushy. Had the delight of having Dominic serve me. Exceptional speedy customer service!
