After almost two years out of state I was elated to bring my 2019 Tacoma back to Oil stop for their stellar service. As usual, I was helped by professionals, Devon, Dylan, Yareli, Joseph, and a few others worked with me every step of the way ensuring I got the right services. I've been using Oil Stop in Roseville, Fair Oaks, and now on Fairway drive to meet most all of our family's automotive needs and I'm glad to be back in their care.

Fast service and SO friendly. I will never go anywhere else for an oil change. The customer service you receive here is truly unmatched.

I just discovered this place. I use to go to the dealer but that was a rip off. I was due for an oil change and got a coupon in the mail from this place so I thought I woud try it out. What a breath of fresh air. You drive up, they guide you in and you stay in your car. The people were young and so friendly. They hustled . Kept me informed as they worked. Washed my windows and gave me a free car wash! I'll be back.

I would give the business 5 stars, but there was an issue with the car wash across the street, that they give a free car wash to you. Oil stop gives you a coupon for a free wash that will not work when you scan it. I went the same day so the coupon was not expired. When I tried to get help with the barcoded coupon at the automated wash there was no response. Too much effort, and I guess they don't care since it's a free wash for the customer's anyhow. Quick quack is much better since there is an attendant ready to help.

We are from Alabama and were in Sacramento CA visiting family. Went to Oilstop to get our oil changed before heading home. We're unable to change our due to problems with the oil pan plug created by the company that did our previous oil change in Birmingham AL. Charles explained everything to us and even took pictures of the problem for us with my phone. He went out of his way to do what he could for us. My daughter took her 2015 Hyundai Elantra in to this place to get the oil changed. I told her just get the oil changed. There is no need to get anything else done to the car. The tech there talked a little too fast and she misunderstood that she was getting an upgrade oil change to full synthetic, but management at oil stop took care of the misunderstanding as you would expect from an oil change place we have been going to for years.
Great job friendly, fast and thorough! Will be back again! Get to stay in your car and they bring you free beverage!
