I would give the business 5 stars, but there was an issue with the car wash across the street, that they give a free car wash to you. Oil stop gives you a coupon for a free wash that will not work when you scan it. I went the same day so the coupon was not expired. When I tried to get help with the barcoded coupon at the automated wash there was no response. Too much effort, and I guess they don't care since it's a free wash for the customer's anyhow. Quick quack is much better since there is an attendant ready to help.

We are from Alabama and were in Sacramento CA visiting family. Went to Oilstop to get our oil changed before heading home. We're unable to change our due to problems with the oil pan plug created by the company that did our previous oil change in Birmingham AL. Charles explained everything to us and even took pictures of the problem for us with my phone. He went out of his way to do what he could for us. My daughter took her 2015 Hyundai Elantra in to this place to get the oil changed. I told her just get the oil changed. There is no need to get anything else done to the car. The tech there talked a little too fast and she misunderstood that she was getting an upgrade oil change to full synthetic, but management at oil stop took care of the misunderstanding as you would expect from an oil change place we have been going to for years.
Great job friendly, fast and thorough! Will be back again! Get to stay in your car and they bring you free beverage!
Dropped in this place at 8:30 am and was out by 9:15 am. awesome friendly service! i pulled in about 4 minutes to 6 & they greeted me with a smile & were thorough, quick, & friendly! i couldnt believe the high level of customer service this place had especially at the last minute!! their prices were reasonable & they weren't pushing uneccessary extras. i will continue to go back for all of my car maintenance needs.
I just came in to get my oil changed and ended up with quite a few extras that I was in need of. I found everyone to be so kind and welcoming, they even gave me a Diet Coke. Charles especially stands out - he was humble, kind, extremely honest and I immediately trusted him. I will be back!

My Oil Stop experience in Roseville, CA was wonderful from start to finish. The techs were very friendly and got the job done quickly. The manager, Cary, kept a close eye on things and was very personable as well. Appreciated the free diet coke!
