I recently got an oil change and transmission fluid change and extremely pleased! From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left (about 30min.) I was treated by very thorough and professional service. They even brought me an ice cold water!! Very happy with the results, definitely coming back!!
They have 6 bays available but only 3 are open. I have been here for 45 minutes already and there's still four cars in front of me. It will be the last time I go to oil stop.
This place is what you get if you crossed Jiffy Lube with Dutch Bros and that old classic SNL sketch "No Coke Pepsi" LOL! I'd give 5 stars except I was almost overwhelmed by these guys and the prices are more than I want to spend. Having said that, the following is all five-star-worthy. Absolutely love the convenience that oil stop provides. I was a loyal customer to another company for 10 years but when I moved, the other location was not good, had me waiting over 3-4 hours (with an appointment) and made avoidable mistakes that kept me waiting even longer. I started going to Oilstop. Although the price is pretty hefty, I feel you get what you pay for in the experience. And for me, that means everything!! No appointments required. I came here for an oil change. The service we received was exemplary! Jermel first helped us, telling us what we can expect, immediately offering a complimentary beverage, and being incredibly transparent. I appreciated the disclosure that his compensation is not commission based so I could feel more confident that they're giving honest recommendations that make sense for my car. came in the other day to get my oil changed and was greeted and informed by a young man named yohan/ johan i believe. he was helpful and informative and had great customer service. the service on my car was great as well but coming in and being giving high quality service and displacement of professionalism from this young man made me really like this place! would come back again ! keep up the great work young man
Not a good experience at all. There were only 2 cars in front of and it took me almost 2 hours to be served and then additional 30 minutes for the service(which is fine). They could tell I was frustrated , they didn't offer any empathy for the super long wait time. I'm sorry but just a horrible experience, who has time to set aside 3 hours for an oil chane
Oil Stop has a classic and honest approach to their service. It is extremely refreshing to have their level of care in a world where there it seems to be less of a priority. Alexander was excellent and gave us a great experience. We were offered cold beverages, and everything was explained. Alexander provided us with his expert observations and let us know about a potential coolant leak. I was needing quite a bit of work done on my car, and went in for an oil change. Aiden was fantastic and very easy to talk to, and went above and beyond and made some great suggestions. He swapped out some filters that had been needing changed for awhile now (had leaves in it). He also made the suggestion to swap out the Power Steering Fluid, which I noticed a huge change and it's much smoother now. My car is running much better now. Thank you Aiden I will be back! You were great.
