Came here for an oil change. There are 3 lines, I was behind ONE car being serviced. They did NOT direct me to the fastest line. So 2 people who arrived later got to leave way earlier. I waited over 1.5hrs for them to complete the oil change. I'm not sure who is saying these guys are fast.. - They were NOT fast in my experience.

This place is awesome!!! They are friendly, polite, honest, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They not only did an oil change but also checked all the fluids levels, air filters, engine filters, wiper blades, air pressure on tires, and lubed car door hinges and handles all while I was sitting in my car!!! They also explained everything in details what they were doing and why they were doing it. They offered me some cold water as well since it was hot. Amazing service!!! Thank you!!! You guys rock!!!

Came here to get my coolant changed, I was in and out of here in about 15 minutes!! Everyone was very nice, and they even had me drive around and come back for a top off to double check! It was super hot but everyone had a fantastic attitude. I will be back for all of my servicing, and I will be recommending all of my friends and family!

Best oil changer place in the county, after visiting more then 5 competitors over the years, so thankful this place opened, best customer service,quality and fast service, will not go anywhere else, 5 star!!!

I recently got an oil change and transmission fluid change and extremely pleased! From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left (about 30min.) I was treated by very thorough and professional service. They even brought me an ice cold water!! Very happy with the results, definitely coming back!!

They have 6 bays available but only 3 are open. I have been here for 45 minutes already and there's still four cars in front of me. It will be the last time I go to oil stop.

This place is what you get if you crossed Jiffy Lube with Dutch Bros and that old classic SNL sketch "No Coke Pepsi" LOL! I'd give 5 stars except I was almost overwhelmed by these guys and the prices are more than I want to spend. Having said that, the following is all five-star-worthy. Absolutely love the convenience that oil stop provides. I was a loyal customer to another company for 10 years but when I moved, the other location was not good, had me waiting over 3-4 hours (with an appointment) and made avoidable mistakes that kept me waiting even longer. I started going to Oilstop. Although the price is pretty hefty, I feel you get what you pay for in the experience. And for me, that means everything!! No appointments required. I came here for an oil change. The service we received was exemplary! Jermel first helped us, telling us what we can expect, immediately offering a complimentary beverage, and being incredibly transparent. I appreciated the disclosure that his compensation is not commission based so I could feel more confident that they're giving honest recommendations that make sense for my car.
