awesome friendly service! i pulled in about 4 minutes to 6 & they greeted me with a smile & were thorough, quick, & friendly! i couldnt believe the high level of customer service this place had especially at the last minute!! their prices were reasonable & they weren't pushing uneccessary extras. i will continue to go back for all of my car maintenance needs.
I just came in to get my oil changed and ended up with quite a few extras that I was in need of. I found everyone to be so kind and welcoming, they even gave me a Diet Coke. Charles especially stands out - he was humble, kind, extremely honest and I immediately trusted him. I will be back!

My Oil Stop experience in Roseville, CA was wonderful from start to finish. The techs were very friendly and got the job done quickly. The manager, Cary, kept a close eye on things and was very personable as well. Appreciated the free diet coke!

I went here thinking I was going to the same OilStop that I used to go to but at a new location. That wasn't the case. They were nowhere near as professional, nowhere near as clean, nowhere near as knowledgeable nowhere near as friendly. Did they change my oil? Yes. I've since gone to auto lube on North Sunrise and got my original wonderful care back.
Felipe worked so hard to make things right when a problem occurred! I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would absolutely recommend this business!

Great service. Almost too good. They up-sale you by doing a full fluid/engine bay inspection. They do say it's no pressure and that they don't make commissions off of any Upcharges. Other than that I'm satisfied
First time at Oil Stop since they took over the former Fairway Lube location. The guys were very friendly and quick and did a great job on the service. But for Gods sake to the bosses of the company, QUIT trying to sell so many products and services on one trip! This is the kind of thing that turns me off. I don't fault your workers because clearly this is how YOU trained them. I was offered new wiper blades, coolant change, air and cabin filter replacement, tranny, differential and transaxle fluid change, oil additive, etc.... read more
