Very polite and professional staff. This is an oil change experience like no other. I feel I was treated like a king. Customer service is top notch. That said, it is pretty expensive. I had a coupon and I took advantage of the free car wash. With those two factors the price was not that bad. Plus, all the oil change places in Santa Fe were pretty expensive too. This place earns their money with their customer service.
So I stopped at discount oil change 1, and the wait was 50 min. Went down the road to discount oil change 2, and the wait was 30 min. Went down a bit further to THIS PLACE and it was just awesome, friendly people, took us right in, changed the oil, got us on our way to grandma's 90th birthday party..... They did not try to up-sell us on anything, the way they do at the other places.
The customer service at this oil change and car wash may be the finest customer service I have found anywhere. I was so amazed by the skill of the staff and the servant's heart that they all possess. Job well done by this entire group!
Excellent and professional service! I had never taken a car for an oil change before. The team at Oilstop patiently and politely explained the process. There was no pressure to buy additional products or services. Free carwash too!

Outstanding! Just moved my elderly parents to Santa Fe this weekend. Dad wanted his 2001 Toyota Avalon serviced and we discovered Oilstop online. Outstanding service with free drinks and complimentary car wash included. $10 discount coupon on yelp! Or their website. Andrew was great technician explained every step of the process. Highly recommended
Took my Nissan here and they did a fantastic job with the wash and oil change. Service was prompt and professional.
They are so nice, polite and professional. I'm extremely impressed every time I come here. Today when Ben noticed my oil cap missing he actually ran next door to get me a new one! Who does that kind of service these days!!! I'll never go anywhere else with my cars!
I went there once to get a car wash and I realized that it looks like the boys outside are being over worked and doesn't seem to get much of a brake I think one of the boys was sick doing cars and the manager didn't seem to care to much, then when I get to my car once it was finally finished the car was still dirty I don't understand what's going on here but I'm not sure if I want to come back!!
