Good service, friendly technician
Excellent service
Well, first off, I had the advantage of knowledge. After borrowing a friend'1s Dodge Caravan for a week, i decided that just topping off with gas was not enough for a payment for letting me use it for a week and a half while my car was being worked on i took my buddy to Oil Stop in West Valley. They didnt dissapoint! Not only was it their signature service and low pressure sales, we'll be back!
The staff was great and very informative. Group on should have mentioned additional costs however
Justin promptly met me at my vehicle before I stepped out of the car and instructed me what to do. He was courteous and helpful. Ryan assisted him with the oil change and they very thoughtful. Excellent service. They also provided recommendations during the oil change.
Great service while you sit in your car! A few optional add ons are available to maximize performance of your engine.
Staff was professional and knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales, either. I will go there from now on.
