The staff was friendly and talked me through the entire process. I did pay $17 extra for an extra cleaner solution but it’s worth it in my opinion.

The staff was great. I was offered a beverage when I got there and Cody was very friendly and answered any questions I had. They looked like a great team that worked well together. I would recommend my friends and family go here and I will go here to get my oil changed in the future.
I had a very good overall experience at the Oilstop location in West Valley. When I first pulled in, Chris was already walking toward my vehicle before I even came to a complete stop. He let me know there was about an hour wait. I asked when a better time to come back would be, and he let me know Monday morning would likely be better.
