They take great care in reviewing all parts of your vehicle during your visit. I appreciate their thoroughness. Like the free car wash, too.
Angel and staff were super friendly and very efficient. Did not try to sell me all kinds of goods although I know that's what they need to do. But they weren't pushy at all

Excellent service, fast, efficient, and no pressure.
The staff helping me were pushy about adding products (air filter, oil cleaner, etc) to the oil change service compared to what I've experienced at other OilStop locations.
The wait was extremely long - 2 cars in front of me. Nearly 90 minutes? Once in stall team was excellent. Not sure they have enough staff underneath the cars doing the oil/filter draining replacement. Will likely go to the other Oil Stop in town next time.
My drive through was a pleasant experience. I did not wait excessively long everyone worked as a team. Knowledge, efficiency, professionalism.
