The staff at this place is very friendly and offer you a beverage while you wait. They introduced themselves by name. My workers name was Cody that worked under the hood. They explained everything they were doing and did try to upsell with upgraded oil filter, transmission, front and rear differential fluids, cabin and engine filters but you can decline and they accepted that gracefully. I did agree to oil stop leak treatment.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even allowed me to watch them work and ask questions. Very professional. I felt very taken care of. Shout out to Pedro, Jeremy, and Alex.
