The customer service was exceptional! It was very refreshing the way they showed me the condition of my currant filters, fluid colors etc. to compare before continuing without being condescending because I'm an older woman.
I couldn’t believe how fast it was to change the oil in my vehicle. Desmond was courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Oil Stop!

I had called to ask about making an appointment and was told not to, so we just drove up. We sat for 30 minutes with an empty bay in front of us and without any staff even acknowledging we were there. I saw someone occasionally walk by but they were always on the phone and never looked at my vehicle. The oil change itself was fine, although the attendant did ask if I wanted a $17 upgrade that I declined, but was then informed I could get for free as part of an earlier upgrade I had accepted.
