Fast, friendly & knowledgeable! And you get a soda or water while they are working on your car. They really do a great job and go above & beyond.
The staff was great. I was offered a beverage when I got there and Cody was very friendly and answered any questions I had. They looked like a great team that worked well together. I would recommend my friends and family go here and I will go here to get my oil changed in the future.
I had a very good overall experience at the Oilstop location in West Valley. When I first pulled in, Chris was already walking toward my vehicle before I even came to a complete stop. He let me know there was about an hour wait. I asked when a better time to come back would be, and he let me know Monday morning would likely be better. Excellent customer service! No pressure sales. Quick service and they do a 33 point inspection is included. Hopefully they keep this deal going!
The service was amazing. The staff was very courteous and professional. Not pushy at all. I love that there is no appointment needed, they offer you a beverage when you arrive and a free car wash after sevice
My first time here. Got a promotion from Groupon saved little over half of cost of what I’ve been paying! The cost with coupon was what I paid 30 years ago!

The service people were great, but it’s all about upselling! Waiting inside the car on a hot day wasn’t good. Ended up costing $45 more than the Groupon price.
