Absolutely appalled at the service and total lack of care by the employees. Arrive at 2:40pm I wait in line for someone to direct me which bay to go to. A young guy in a gray button up walks past 3 or 4 times. Each time face buried in his phone. I wave him down and ask where to go, he shrugs his shoulders and walks away. A girl from the car wash informs me I'm in the way and need to move to the 2nd bay. Figuring she is wearing their uniform I do that. It's a tight squeeze but it's ok. My wife brought my truck in to get oil changed and the 33 point deal. When she brought the truck home my truck antenna was on the front seat. They were supposed to clean the battery terminals and protect them. The battery terminals were full of white battery acid ... they were never cleaned but paperwork said they were.noticed on paperwork a few things they said they did they did not do. last time she brought it there she had to bring it back for them to complete the job also. I came to wash my truck and i get the $89 pack for extra detail and load extra $40 for some extra cleaning, total cost of $130 i swear to god my kid could wash my truck better i paid extra for what???? This place is really convenient if you need to get your oil and maybe fluids checked and a wash, but it does feel a little on the pricier side. All the guys who work there are really competent, friendly and nice enough but man the never ending sales pitches they have to give you are kinda rough lol.

The service was good and didn't take long. I bought the 33-point service, which includes oil change, and the usual top-off of fluids, tire pressure, lubed doors. Given it didn't take very long, I'm not sure what the 33 points entailed exactly. After I was done, I looked more closely at the comments on my bill and saw a notation next to "oil seals" that said, "leaking-exact source unknown." I stopped to have my car washed and asked the Hispanic lady if they would clean my wheels get the brake dust off she said if I get the $32.99 wash it would clean I said are you sure I ask specifically about the wheels again she said yes I go to get car wheels filthy she then go ride and said I do nothing for you leave I think they need to put someone that understands English won't be going back I want a whole clean car for $32.99 not part it looks like a clown clean car dirty wheels after complaining finally got cleaned you ... read more

I'm sad not going back even though I had to because they forgot my mat and collector cup so I had to return to pick them up for. $100 not worth the trip
