Customer service was great. The guys were great. Offered a water or soda while I waited . They also give u a voucher for a free car wash down the street. . However I was just a little caught off guard about the additional $60 fee I payed there. I usually get my oil changes on my break at work in Pasadena for full synthetic for $110 with taxes included.. I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for a synthetic oil filter. That should have been described in the deal. Overall, great service and good value.

This is my 3rd visit here and the staff are all wonderful. I would definitely recommend this spot.
No line. Free drinks as advertised. Misleading price as they charged me extra $4.50 for not sure what. Did not reset "maintenance required", now I have to figure out how to myself. Tried to sell me an oil sealant -no idea why if I have a newer car. Next oil change (synthetic) is in 3000 miles, not 5000 miles as authorized by Toyota for my Rav4. Why is that? No tip, and will not be back. Still looking for my preferred place to change oil.
