This people are very polite and professional Selling but no pushing, they offer you water or refreshments while you wait.

Always polite and caring employees. Always have good experiences with them. They never push you to do extra services on your vehicle.
I love their service but I've questioned their recommendation they have given me more than once for the type of oil that should be in my car. More than twice in fact they suggested a standard oil change and I've made it clear it should only use synthetic oil per Fords recommendation.
