I have come to this car wash a plethora of times. The amount that you spend to get your car rinsed off and quickly towel dried is exorbitant , however, I upgraded to the $37.99 to get the extra attention for my car this time. I have swirl marks on my vehicle that were not there before. And plenty of dirt still standing. I even tipped 6$ with all those guys out there drying the cars ... there should have been efforts made to do the job correctly Not pleased what so ever with the wash/Scratches/ and the level of cleaning.... read more

I arrived with one car ahead of me already being worked on, Offered a bottle of water never saw him again, Thirty minutes later still waiting, They were still changing the oil on an eighty four toyota pickup truck, I got out closed my hood and left, Unacceptable customer service, The person in the truck just wanted an oil change and did not want all the stuff.You were trying to sell him.He just wanted an oil change and wanted to leave like myself, Being in customer service myself.I found it unacceptable for that kind of busi... read more

SUPER disappointed in the quality of their work. I used to come here all the time and I will not come back. I paid for the highest package to have only one floor mat cleaned. The back seat still had nose marks from my dogs and mud, I did a surface clean before so they would have an easy time. This is the first review I have ever written and I hate to do it but I hope this brings light to an obvious issue

I always come here for an oil change, and I love how fast and efficient they are. The line can be long, but as anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and polite. They explain every step of the process, offer recommendations, but never push anything on you. Plus, you get to choose a complimentary water or soda, and l've always received a free car wash after my oil change. Don't forget to check their website for a promo code! Love the car wash place, they always give free car air freshners, and water. Appreciate the deal they have with the oil change people. My car always looks clean and sparklingy shiny.

I get it, I paid $40 for a car wash and tipped $10 so I shouldnt expect much; but it would have taken another 2 minutes to wipe down my leather seats instead of leaving it for me to do

This has been my go to car wash for a while. They usually do a good job but I've been noticing lately that it really matters which employee is doing the final cleaning and drying of your car. I went camping recently and got the outside of my car really muddy. I knew it was a lot so I cleaned it once myself at home, then took it to oil stop for a platinum wash (their highest wash) to shine it up and make it sparkly.
