I took my car in during stormy weather because I was getting ready to sell it and needed it vacuumed and needed some paint scuffs buffed out. 10 minutes later, my car looks like new. These guys rock!!

Holy shit is all I can about my car wash service today. Like wow really this is single handily the worst service I've received in general ever. The workers were nice and all but they can't do the job for shit. Ya sure you guys cleaned the really dirty parts but you guys missed stuff that literally would've taken 10 seconds to touch like the rear view mirror. Like really? For 119 dollars I expect EVERYTHING TO BE TOUCHED INSIDE. They didn't even clean my exterior the front of the hood was still dirty and there was swirls all ... read more

If you have open USB ports in your dashboard do not take your car here for an interior wash. They spray solution directly on to the car surfaces and burned out the USB port in my car. I asked for the damages to be addressed and the manager refused to do anything about it.

Took my hubby's car in for an oil change today (Friday) around 11am and Zach was prompt to guide me into the queue. There are three lanes and he directed me to the middle lane. Once I parked, he had me pop the hood and asked me if I wanted anything to drink (soda, water, coffee, etc), then asked me questions about what kind of oil I wanted, if I wanted the complimentary car wash today, and if I wanted the tire pressure to be reset to the recommended levels for my car. It should not take this long to get a service they did not even warn me it was gonna be more than like a two hour wait when I have a list of stuff to be done nonetheless having to sit in my car off in the heat. Not happy Have A a lot of stuff to get done today is not expecting more than two hours here.

Employee insisted I pull out of one line, where I was next, and switch places with someone 2 cars out. 'They were next.' Actually looked like a friend of theirs. Imagine doing this at Costco after committing to a line. 'Sorry, please step aside, that person over there is next. Not you.' I chose to get an oil change somewhere else.

My reminder not to judge a book by its cover. I rarely come to this location. The wait combined with the sales pitches are too much for my patience and I have a high level of it. Today I came nice and early arriving with only one car per bay already in process. I drove up at 8:30am. Had conversation & in line waiting by 8:34 (one car on the bay in front of me). My car was in need if some love. The floor mats & carpet had a lot of dirt & leaves from trips to the park. I got the Premium Wash. Everything was wonderfully clean when I got it back & I saw them spend extra time vacuuming the carpets. I will be back again.
