my only complaint is the wait time.
So many attempts at upselling and add-ons, but they were really polite and accepted "no" as an answer. Fast and efficient. The advertisement claimed I would be offered coffee or a drink and that didn't happen. Really expensive oil change, but pretty convenient. I might come back.
They were great, quick and accommodating.
Awesome staff and very friendly! Also, you're providing with beverages while you wait, and a free voucher for a car wash :-)
Took a little while because it was a weekend afternoon and they were short staffed, but good service. I called earlier in the week for a quote on the transmission fluid service and was told it was going to be $40 more than I was charged. That was a pleasant surprise.
They were super friendly and not pushy at all. Manny is the absolute best.

Very courteous, fast, and I like that I can sit in my car while they work!
Don't let them spray the battery protectant on your terminals. It will seep between the cables and the battery post and you'll have to clean everything up.
