Recently got my car washed and just wanted to say they did an excellent job for the price. I just got the basic interior and exterior. It really needed a good vacuuming and a full wipe down inside of all surfaces and windows. Given how dirty it was going in, I was really pleasantly surprised at just how clean it was when they were done. I really appreciated it!

With everything going on with the pandemic and being short staffed, their staff still was able to take care of my oil change service. Resiliency and hardworking employees is hard to find nowadays. Props to the manager, hope they're being paid adequately! Ps they spotted a couple issues and I appreciate their honesty.

On my way back to Tahoe I noticed my oil needed to be changed. Chase was great. He made sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions I felt comfortable asking. Fast and reliable. They really want to help not just sell product. Tomas was also great. Value for your money. An oil change would cost me about the same if I did it myself but I would never do all the checks (33 point checks).

Worst car wash I have ever been to I got my car back and had to ask them to clean multiple spots on the outside then got in my car and they had only vacuumed the floors , at this point I was upset and asked to speak with someone then the manager came out and I showed her the dust and dirt and dog hair everywhere and she said that I will still have all that because they just blow everything off and wipe nothing down and that if I wanted to spend 110 dollars then that would be done I bought the 36 dollar was I thought that I w... read more

I'm new to this town and was looking for a car wash. I looked on Yelp and found this place. I gave it a try and was very happy with their service. I drove there and told the assistant I needed a simple exterior car wash nothing fancy. He showed me the options on their price list and told me it would be the $14.95. He handed me the claim check and told me to pay inside. I came inside and paid and within 10 minutes wait, my car was done and impeccably shiny. I highly recommend this place for a car wash.

This place really fell apart. Use to be average. But now they expect you to wait an hour in your car. Always trying to upsell. Has to be the worst place to get an oil change. Oh yeah and they keep raising their prices. I'll never go back.

Went for an oil change and spent two hours here. The problem I have is that they spent an hour asking me if I wanted an up sell - over 20 times by different technicians. They also charged me extra for having a 4-wheel drive, and I don't. I have a two wheel drive. The bottom line is they don't care about their customers, they will nickel and dime you. Went in expecting to pay $69 and ended up paying $150. My mechanic charges less. Bottom line, if you go here for a quick oil change, it isn't quick. It's also far more expensive... read more
