Oil Stop was efficient, friendly, and the people were kind and humble with no high pressure sales techniques.
Great staff! Very well mannered and well spoken. Quick thorough service, detailed explanations and inspections. They did their duty of trying to sell extra things (like cleaners, other fluid services etc.) very politely without being pushy at all. Perfect experience, and I will definitely be returning here in future.
While the actual groupon was a deal, there was no mention of the "extra" costs that this place imposes on to customers. Extra cost is charge for oil, oil filter, disposal. The overall charge doubled to orginal cost of the groupon but it was still a deal when compared to other quick stop oil changes places.
Great service
Well, this is an inexpensive way to get your oil changed, there’s no mention anywhere that I can find of extra charges for the supplies, oil filter and oil. It cost me extra to buy the supplies on top of the Groupon. But it was still cheaper than what other places charged for the same service?
Very quick. The employees were all pleasant. The complimentary beverage is great too.
The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was quick. This is my go-to spot now.
