Every time I come here the service is great. All employees from the oil-stop to the car wash always have a positive attitude. If you get an oil change without having to wait that is a plus but most of the time I have to wait in line. It's not because of the service because they are working non stop. I get an oil change about once a month and one time the broke a piece of plastic on my oil cover. I didn't mind because it was something I could fix easily. Other than that, great place to get your car serviced.

One of the best car washes I've ever gotten anywhere PLUS it is one of the only full service car wash places in Rohnert Park. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes on the weekend but it's worth it. These guys work hard and do a great job.

Came here for inside car detailing and they made 0 effort whatsoever. I left my car and was told I could wait inside while they worked on my car. I had walked inside to sit and wait, and as soon as I sat down the front counter called me up and told me that my car was ready. I was super confused as I had just dropped it off and it hadn't been more than 5 minutes. I went outside after paying and they showed me my car and what "they worked on". Pleasantly surprised!! I usually do the car stuff myself but ran out of time. Read the bad reviews. But went to the Rohnert Park location. There were 2 cars ahead me. Friendly greeter. Offered me a nice cold coke. Got the radiator serviced,transmission serviced,Rear diff fluid,oil and filter changed on our 2011 4Runner. Which is exactly what I went in for. I just left here and paid for the best car wash + $10 extra for 10 more minutes of vacuuming because of dog hair. I knew they wouldn't be able to get all the hair out but the dash was still dirty and there were still bug guts on the front and mirrors of my car. The are supposed to blow air in every crevice of the inside to clean it and they definitely didn't do that. I paid $50 for a half clean car. This is my go to place to get my oil changed. I know the upselling of services can be annoying, but I greatly appreciate their extreme professionalism and courtesy. That goes a long way with me especially since (as I've experienced) so many businesses in Sonoma county lack professionalism. I'm not the only one to notice. I get to sit in my car while the work is performed in about 30 minutes. The workers communicate what's going on under my hood, how low I am on fluids, and what needs work or upgrades. I don't use them as a oil change stop but I do use them as the place I get my car washed. I purchased my 2015 Toyota Corolla almost 4 years ago new and I faithfully get my car washed every week. Twice a year I do the total detail inside and outside. For the last 3 times they have done a bad job on the windows I have to go back because it's so bad you literally can't see. Ok there is a Big difference in a platinum service and Deep clean service. Platinum is mainly just a really good wash, vacuum and whip down on the inside. 32.99 if you want to get a really good service I'd go for more of a deep clean around $80. It would be helpful if they show this service difference from the platinum on the menu maybe they did but I didnt see it.

The oil change is not open on Sunday's. Same with the one off Steele lane. They do not have accurate information when looking them up online. The guy was also super rude when asking him when it will open. He says it's been like this for a year. Which is not true.
