I've been coming here for about a year, and figured I'd do a review cause it is my go-to spot. I love drive-thru oil changes, not sure why people take their cars to normal places. I get to sit in my car, hang out, and let them do all the work. Staff are very friendly and hardworking. They have their standard products and upgrades they try to sell you, but it's not really selling as much as just asking; they don't push. This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. I paid for the Platinum Package and received the worst quality ever. The Manager Isabel was terrible when it comes to customer service. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemies. I can get better results and service quality from a drive through car wash. Terrible service from management and the worst quality ever. Stay Away from this business!!!

Rushed to this car wash trying to get in before they closed. I had wanted a basic car wash and inside shampoo. I was turned away, and told they usually stop shampoo service at 4, HOURS BEFORE they close! Lame! This place is VERY disappointing and don't seem to care about customer service. I'll be looking elsewhere for my Carwash needs now.

Services are great, they are also selling some optional products that you don't have to buy, very efficient procedures that you can see what oil and filters being changed

Came in at 9:25 AM, no line, and got serviced right away. The pricing is reasonable and the employees here are extremely attentive, informing me about all the potential needs that I'm not fully aware of while providing good reasoning for why I might choose to purchase certain things. Looking forward to returning !

I was in town running some errands in Santa Rosa and needed a car washed. After paying $23.00 for a wash, this was the worst car wash for the money. My windows and outside mirrors were dirty with water drops (this should be the #1 thing they teach their workers, clean the windows!) a gas station drive through could better... If I were you, keep your money and go elsewhere. Tried them out for the first time and never again.

AVOID! If you want your car damaged and them not telling you about it then by all means this is the place for you. I confronted them about the damage and of course they denied it. It cost be $500 to have the dents fixed. I am telling everybody I can to avoid this place.

I got my oil changed and it came with a free car wash but I payed more to get the deluxe and well everyone was nice but I won't be returning because first they knocked my bumper out of place and didn't tell me but put tape on it like that was going to fix it and then my car didn't even come out very clean so please don't go there they might just mess you car up and not tell you

I can only say I'm normally a pretty critical guy, sometimes maybe a little too harsh, but the customer service I received here was outright awesome. For once I wasn't pressured intensely to add on a bunch of air filters and other stuff, the employees politely asked and took my answer of no with no real resistance. On top of that they're very good about asking if you'd like any drinks or anything else while you wait.
