Normally an air filter comes with it, but it did not in this case. When I went to install my own air filter later, I noticed that one of the hoses connected to my air filter, had not been connected, which were attached to the cap of the air filter lid, which caused a car exhaust smell to be admitted through my cabin, which I also noticed shortly after I left.
