I have had it with this place , I always give them a second chance but no more , today I bought the best package and my windows were smeared inside when I got home I didn't get any dressing on my bumpers and mirrors and on top of that my vehicle was still dirty!!!! Wont ever be back

What a fantastic place! Service was terrific and FAST! They washed my truck beautifully and exceeded my expectations. Everything was caught, from my dash to the door jambs and windows were spotless! What's even better is the oil change area. I will be definitely be coming back, a wash AND an oil change all in one? Perfect combo! HIGHLY recommended! Thank you

Today I took my aunts vehicle for a oil change and a car wash here at oil stop drive-thru I had the best experience ever. The guys were very courteously and well respect full. One of the service guys name Rene was so helpful and so respectful. Service was quick and done in manner way. The car wash service was excellent too. Thank you so much you guys you made my day. I highly recommend this place to anyone

This isn't my first visit but it was awhile since my last visit. I brought my new vehicle 2016 Honda CR-V . Looking forward to bringing my 2005 RSX. My main concern was having a clean car for a family event and this is why I arrived early AM today after 8:30. My purchase was for the $32.99 Platinum wash which included interior and exterior clean. I was so impressed by the level of service here! The technicians were polite, well-informed, and speedy. I was especially impressed with Gustavo, who replaced my cabin filter. It requires taking off my glove compartment to reach it, so other oil change places simply won't do it. But he did! And I'm so glad. The old filter was filthy, and that's the air I breathe. So the say a 33 Point Service will qualify customer for a free car wash. What they do not disclose is that it is only an exterior wash. No inside work and not even a quick vacuuming! Disappointed. After spending $97 they can't even allow me a vacuum. So standard a request. The manager flat out denied my request. Lame. Avoid!

I got my oil changed here two weeks ago. They told me that my tires were overinflated and that they would correct it for me. I didn't even think about it. I've been driving around for two weeks wondering why my car hasn't been handling very well. My fault for relying on them, but they didn't check my actual tires they just went off of what the inside of the door panels say. I've been coming here for years, they have long time loyal employees that are always doing a really good job especially with customer service...I never go to the oil stop for oil services, but I always come in for my car washes!! I live in Santa Rosa, and I will always go out of my way to come here because they do a efficient job cleaning my car.
