To Gary's response: 1. No where is it on my seats. It's on surfaces that are very easy for even an entry-level washer to take care of with a little "actual wiping." 2. We are preparing to sell our 2003 Toyota Highlander and brought it to Isabel for detailing at Oilstop Drive Thru Car Wash. She and her crew promised AND DELIVERED an immaculate car. Our little SUV is so clean no one will believe it is a 2003. Just look at the cleaning they did on the headlights! Thank you, Isabel!
45 minutes is too long to wait for service. My actual service took 10 minutes but they continue to stick you behind someone who they up-sell and do not put any extra people on the work - why should we be inconvenienced because they are up selling? Sales Rep was nice but manager argued that people next to me were not getting done sooner - I was watching. I had to make a stink for them to actually put more people on the job in front of me. I've been coming to Oilstop for years and I'm happy with them. I love the convenience of driving through, plus they always oil your door hinges, tops off your fluids and put air in your tires if they need it. They will offer you many different services but all you have to do is say "no" and they smile and move on, there is no pressure at all. Since moving into town, I have appreciate the convenient & efficient service I receive at this location. Staff is always professional and courteous. I also enjoy the the lack of pressure of upsale to additional services. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a quick oil change.
Stay away!!! Took my BRAND NEW never been washed 2017 Ford Expedition in for its first wash. I now have swirl marks all over my brand new car!! Do not take your car to be washed here!! Further more I took fiancé dads car in for a wash a few months back and they broke rear whipper and said they would fix it. After a few messages left for the Maneger who never seems to be in we have still not gotten a call back about paying for the replacement!
This place is complete BS! From lying on my odometer read, when i declined to give him the reading because they sell that information to your auto insurer. To the guy at the car wash telling me i can't change my screaming infants diaper until my car goes into the wash. buddy! Baby comes first! Always!
Will never come back!! All they do is up sell for stuff you don't need. Every time I turned around they tried their sell me something new. Then I ask them to replace the cabin air filter thing max $20. No biggie. Nope they charged $50 for the replacement. Then tried to up sell me on oil saying that's all they carry. That isn't true because once I questioned it all of a sudden they had the cheaper (correct oil). Grand total was $109. Will not be back. Stay away!
These guys try to do a good job but their system doesn't allow for them to don't nag anything less than automated. I wanted my air pressure in tires checked and they could only inflate or deflate to a specified pressure, couldn't give me any indication of what the tire pressure was to start with. Then they were trying to check fluid levels in my rear differential and transmission, in my vehicle those are sealed from the factory and do not need to be checked.
