Everything seemed to go well. The price seemed fair in relation to other estimates. The job had to be scheduled well ahead of time, but they came when they said they would and worked hard and efficiently. They were very professional, and they seemed to care about doing a good job. As far as I can tell, the result is excellent. <br />

They did a beautiful job and were very accommodating. They were immaculate, especially in the attic area where the new windows were installed.

We have used O'Lyn before. The owner was prompt with an estimate. Their personnel were efficient, thorough, and careful. The owner came to the jobsite to supervise his crew, and took time to talk with us in detail about the work being done, and answer our questions. We discussed possible future projects, but there was no pressure or hard sell. We are very satisfied with their work. <br />

The company was very flexible regarding the timing of work. We were scheduled for July 16th which was a Monday, however the weather was dry and cool the week before so we called to see if the work could be done earlier. They scheduled the dumpster to be delivered the next afternoon, July 10th and on Wednesday the 11th they started the job. All the landscaping around the house was thoroughly covered. They are professional but I wasa little frustrated with them sometimes.I had to replace the skylightand they removed the skylight before they were ready to do the framework. They should have informed me that the price of the interior framing was not included in the price of the skylight. The work would not have been completed without doing the outside and inside altogether. It was not always easy to get them on the phone and follow up with me. Sales/estimation person (Mike) was very friendly and knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales tactics. Initial estimate overshot by $2600 when I was informed the roof had inadequate venting. I figured this would be a problem and was prepared for the expense but this could surprise some homeowners and Mike was very upfront during the estimation that there could be additional expense. O'Lyn did a superb job. After asking my approval the dormers were covered in an unusual and fantastic way. The workmen were prompt, courteous and efficient. There were a few minor flaws that were fixed immediately. We were thrilled. We have reccommended them.
