They came when they said they would and gave me the estimate promptly. The price seems high, but I need to get other estimates to know for sure. I know in the past they are on the pricey side but they have prompt and reliable so that's why I have used them.

They showed when they said they would for the estimate and even though they were a little pricey, they were very professional. Samples of the materials to be used were provided and there was no forcing of additional work or materials. They got to back to me with a date to work within two days and three days later showed up on time, completed the job and clean up in about 10 hours. Roof looks great, have had big storms since and all seems to be doing fine.

They were very professional. Their whole routine was very well planned out. One of the things they offer is they take photographs of the exposed roof and we liked that service. We requested copies of the photographs for our records. They charge for replacing rotting boards, that's why they take the photos. It's a great view of the roof and it's a nice feature we thought.
O"Lyn provided me with a large new roof for a reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would, two weeks after getting my deposit check. Their workers arrived early, worked diligently throughout the day, were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job in three days, and left my yard looking as good as it was when they arrived. The roof looks sharp, and after a number of hard rain storms, I am confident that it is tight. I would (and have) recommended them to my neighbors.

Their prices were about the same as other companies. They created two leaks that weren't there before and I had to have them back twice to get those fixed. The first time they said it was the chimney installers problem, but it wasn't. It was in fact the roofers. The member leak was caused by his mason who stepped on a ladder resting on the cap of the roof during his chimney installation. This damaged the roof and caused water to leak. When we dispatched a service technician to see the member for a second time, he told the service tech that he was satisfied with our service and with the fact that his roof leak was not caused by us. Excellent job. Picked up all nails and left place clean. Replaced a bunch of rotten wood.
They were wonderful.
They were very professional! They came 2 days after I called. They had the proposal in mail 2 days from the estimate. They were here on time, worked hard and very friendly people. My roof looks great! They put snow guards on as well.
