I don't usually write reviews, but after seeing what my friend went through with overland vet clinic, i felt like people need to know. he trusted them with his cat -- a sweet, gentle creature who was clearly unwell -- and what he got in return was cold, disorganized, and honestly careless service. i was with him for part of it, and the whole thing felt like a business transaction, not a place that treats animals with love and urgency. what really got to me was how everything was about running tests without any direction. n... read more

it's really sad how people these days lack basic compassion. i took my cat to overland vet clinic, and right away it felt off. first a tech came in and asked me questions, then another came and asked the same questions, then a third -- all without the actual vet showing up. it was already annoying, but it got way worse. when the vet finally came, she just gave me a confusing list of tests to do, instead of saying, "start with this and we'll go from there." it was obvious their priority was making as much money as possible, ... read more

I used to take my dog to Dr. Schwartz who is a wonderful veterinarian who will be truly missed. Returned with two of my dogs. $600 later my dog still has an ear infection and have not heard back from they will retreat her ears.. The other dog whom I knew was on her end of life journey talk me into a surgery and $3000 when she died within two weeks. Saying that the surgery would keep her. I'm very disappointed. I wish Dr. Schwartz was still there. I can't believe they carry on with his name. I'm gonna have another vet rec... read more

This is about the staff. I adopted a dog from WLA Animal shelter. The shelter gave me a paper with a website/phone number to check participating vets for free checkup within 10 days. I saw the vet's number and spoke with one of their front desk people. She verified and I made an appointment because he had a kennel cough as well. When I arrived and identified myself, she said she had missunderstood me and they don't do free exams and they've been trying to get themselves off the list. I had no choice but to pay. Their lack of... read more

This business sucks. I was going to bring my dog in here but never got a confirmation call or email; nothing at all. The last time I was here it was a bunch of young, incompetent vets who didn't know how to handle an 85 pound dog. And he was drugged to the hilt. Maybe get better vets.

You could try not denying medication for my pet. I was a customer for years and multiple pets and supported you thru the pandemic and your flooding issues. You really went downhill.

My cat became 19 years old and now had a benign tumor (not cancerous)in the left nose that creates problem about breathing from the nose. One day, he seemed lost of appetite so I took him here. A doctor who checked my cat didn't even tell me any idea or solution, instead asked me if I was thinking about euthanasia for him since he is not eating well anymore. I paid $150 just to listen to this conclusion. After that, I noticed that he tried to bite food strange way so I decided to bring him to dentist near my house. OMG! T... read more

I went for help and my dog ended up even sicker! Then She died! Stay far away! They only want your money. The Dr.s have changed & so has the management. The staff has always been kind, but this place only wants to pump all the money they can out of you! My 4 lb dog got very sick from the medicine given to her, but they would only give her one antidote. She was having seizures on the medication which is so clearly labeled as a side effect. The Dr denied it vehemently & charged me another 100$ to be seen even though I was th... read more
