I'm disappointed that the only option given to me was surgery costing $3k to $4k on top of the examination which was close to 50% over the original estimate. After looking online, there are treatments for bladder stones but those werent options I was told about. and then after 2 days, I get a text message with some explanation about size and number of stones and that there's no other treatment options. What guarantee do I have that she wont get bladder stones again? its not like I was given any information on how to control s... read more

I've taken my dog to Overland Vet for years but ever since they reopened their service has tanked. I have left 2 voice messages about my dog having a potential ear infection and no call back. When I went on their website to book an appointment and indicated the issue it says to not wait and call for an urgent appointment! How when no one calls back! Glad there are other options to get my dog what he needs.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE. I've been coming to this vet for over a decade and the care has significantly decreased over the past several years. The doctors are awkward jokes who can barely communicate and they will throw every test and exam known to man at you and ask YOU to make decisions for your pet as if you are the one with the medical degree. They are OVERLY priced for bare minimum care and their receptionist will give you the run around and try to upsell you on a bunch of BS that your pet doesn't need at chec... read more

Since its new ownership, this vet clinic has gone from a pricy but reliable and trustworthy business to what feels like an entirely different business. I've been taking my little girl here for over ten years, and I've always been very happy with the results, but since the new corporate leadership, it has been one aggravation and b.s. upsell after the next. After a complete fail today, I feel like I set $100 on fire while upsetting my pooch for no reason other than corporate greed. Today was the last time I'll ever step foot ... read more

Worst vet experience I've ever had. They do not care about your pet just your money. Vet doesn't make himself available to talk to owners. Decided to change my puppy's vaccine schedule which was clearly laid out without any discussion or explanation to help us understand why. I don't mind vets doing what they feel is right but a discussion with their owner so they understand what's going on is the bare minimum. Vet wouldn't even come out to answer a simple question. Avoid at all costs!

Really like the vet, this review is based on their pricing and company since Dr Schwartz left. This is now the corporate model and no longer the neighborhood community clinic. Turns out my charge was double of other clinics. This is no longer an affordable clinic the pricing is literally off the charts. What a shame .

Since Dr. Schwartz left and they were bought out the care has gone south. They just want your money now.

We have brought our dog here since she was a puppy and always thought this was a great vet. Things have changed recently and now that I see that the practice was sold not too long ago it makes complete sense. The last couple times we came in its seems like all they wanted to do was upsell me on every possible thing. The last straw was bringing in my dog because she needed a surgery and it seemed like the price they were quoting me was pretty high. I decided to shop around and found another vet with great reviews that w... read more

i am so disappointed that i have to write this review. I have been going to Dr Schwartz for over 40 yrs. WHen he retired recently, he assured me the clinic would run just fine without him. He was unfortunately wrong. I had an appt today to get my indoor only cats vaccines- only because i was told last year that they need the leukemia booster even if they are only indoor. I waited 45 min past my appt time to finally be seen. When i mentioned that to the dr, she said " oh we had emergencies this morning and never caught up". S... read more
