Could not understand where the guy was saying to park... WRITE IT ON THE TICKET! Also driver was texting on 2 phones while driving a van full of us all the way back to the lot from the airport. Horribly inconvenient and not at all worth the savings!

Arrive early. The lot was a bit further from the airport than we anticipated and the intake process only allows for one car at a time. So if multiple cars are checking in at once, there can be a back up. Staff was friendly, pick up at the airport was quick.

First of all, the lot was difficult to find and rough and sketchy looking. It lacked any sort of polish or professional appearance. Once we pulled up, we received the coldest welcome I've ever received as a new customer. The kid seemed to not know how to process a groupon deal and quoted us $25 more. After explaining that we already paid, we were passed to someone who looked less than happy to be at work. The employees need to understand the terms of use of the Groupon. The amount paid will never expire. Don't hassle the customer.

almost missed our flight because no one there to drive shuttle. Very limited english spoken at counter in lot.
