Lot was hard to find, but service was excellent. My print of the Groupon coupon did not have the barcode they needed, but they got it resolved before my return 2 days later. I would use them again for another trip.

When I went online to check out the rates for 7 days of parking, it looked like my Groupon price was only about a 30% savings.

My wife was using a cane, which they knew, but they still didn't take us to our car. Instead, she exited the van and stood outside in the cold rain while I walked all the way to the parked car and drove back to pick her up.

This was much further from the airport than expected and when my husband got there, the place charged him an additional $21!!!! We bought the 3 day for $18 and it was Saturday afternoon that he dropped his car. He is planning on getting the car Tuesday morning. I am sure that they view this as 4 days, but I find it hard to believe that it is $21 more for one more day! He would never have spent $39 for this experience.
