Completely unprofessional! I was waiting for quite some time and the driver was really rude and so were the ones at the lot. They were not picking up the phones when called. I wasn't the only one as there was another client who had been waiting for more than 30 minutes waiting at the airport for a van! I would never park there again and I would never purchase another coupon from groupon for this facility.

Not very organized. Considering there are so many lots providing the same service they should be doing it at least as well as their competitors.

they charge per day, so my costs were about the same as going back to masterpark without the groupon. They take much longer to check in and to get to your flight. they are more disorganized and their customer service is horrible. they couldn't even smile!

Get your act together. People are required to make reservations, including flight info; use that information to adequately staff your shifts. They also wasted time trying to convince people to leave their keys with them, even those of us who reserved the NO valet service. Perhaps it would help if their English was better. We will NOT go back.

make sure people know about your fees before they use their groupon deals.

I thought I was going to get a good deal with the groupon coupon, but with the extra fees that got added on when I got there, it was no cheaper than usual.

Get a better system for taking in customers' information. Dont' make your customers park and then walk back to their cars to put the ticket on the windsheild.

Prior to picking up my car my headlights were left on which caused the battery to die and so when I arrived to pick up my car at midnight in the rain, I was very stressed and worried. I also had a 22 month old in the car who was very tired. I am very unsatisfied with the service. It was not worth the money I saved. I will not use park n jet again and will not refer them to my friends and family.
