Payment should be when leaving not when arriving; too chaotic when checking-in. Other lots have customers pay when leaving and that is how they calculate total due. Shuttle bus is slow going back and forth to airport..

We were late picking up the car because the flight was delayed due to mechanical problems, I called to tell you we'd be picking up the next morning. We were only a few hours late and were charged more than a day cost if I booked a space online. I will park with you again.

The driver to slow down to/from the airport and be more friendly even is early in the morning.

I was actually checked in and out expediently. I was also picked up at both ends in good time. So I didn't experience any of the problems others spoke about. Maybe they have improved? I have never before been asked to give the length of my car and I had to go outside and pace it off. That was a difference. They charge differently for different lengths of vehicles. Prices were good.

Took to long to check in, too long between shuttles to the airport, attendant was annoyed when he found out we had a Groupon certificate after he rang up our charges. The certificate said to present upon leaving, not arriving, however.

They Took way too long to pick us up from the airport.
