I love park royal I recommend this mental health facility because they have different units to fit different needs. They just need to make the admission process faster at night. Cause I have waiting 6 hours at night they are very short staffed at night. I love the staff Nurse Ellie and Nurse David are amazing. The best techs are Devina and Toby and Kiersten.

My daughter traveled over two hours to obtain ECT treatment here. They are absolutely fantastic. The staff is caring and amenable to patient needs. I highly recommend Park Royal for this life changing treatment

Renee the social worker was the best. So helpful with my sister. She made all the difference in the world. Always took my calls and very Mo d snd understanding and knowledgeable.

I see a lot of negativity about Park Royal, but my opinion is those people aren't ready for help and don't understand. I've was in a couple of months ago. I was treated very well by staff and patients. You get out what you put in. They helped me beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Dr Aleem and the ENTIRE staff fought to get my insurance to cover and they did. I took the ECT treatment and my life is a complete 180 from when I went in. My son was hospitalized in 2023. He is schizoeffective. It was the worse experience ever. When he was to be released they were going to let us know when to pick him up. Many calls ,no response..Finally my son walked by my picture window only in flip flops and shorts. At least an 8 mile walk without paperwork or possessions. 2 yrs later. This place isn't the most comfortable, but all in all, I am still alive, which was the goal for my treatment there. I spent 6 days there, I didn't have any issues with the staff, the nurses were kind, and the psychiatrist tweaked my meds a little bit and I feel so much better. The food was ok, but the portions are small. You can't have any personal belongings except your clothes, which is more than the scrubs or gown that some places allow. I live in Naples Fl. and was researching the therapists and doctors in the area looking for someone that specializes in a certain field but wasn't really having much luck. I can not speak to the inpatient portion of the facility. Intensive outpatient is amazing due to Justine and Danielle and other staff. Thank you for getting me through this hard times. KDM
