COMPLETE HELL HOLE! I was never supposed to be in this facility, yet they attempted to keep me there. They looked at me and assumed I was uninformed, and incapable of understanding what was happening. They were wrong. I was drugged without my permission. Told I HAD TO TAKE MEDICATION, deemed me incompetent and illegally held me in there facility. This is a Psychiatric ward. If you love your loved one never bring them here. The staff was kind, but most of them did not care much about what we were doing. They were pretty much just babysitters. The psychiatrists, however, were terrible. They were rude and invalidating to most of us and pushed medication. They put me on zoloft first, which upset my stomach, then luvox and clonidine for anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder even though they had reported that o had an already low blood pressure. Horrible no attention from night nurses fell bleeding everywhere hit my head got a bandage. Nothing but warm water to drink. If you have private insurance they keep you as long as possible and force you to go to their outpatient 1/2hr each way 3x a week.

Horrible nurses, a few nice techs. I fell out of bed and hit my shoulder and head on the floor and did not receive an x ray or ct scan, but I got 2 Tylenol. The health inspector would have a field day here, there are sugar ants where they keep the sugar for decaf coffee for patients, no security cameras in the bedrooms, I counted maybe 7 security cameras total, with blatant blind spots. If i could leave 0 i would. This place is not meant for children. Their pediatric unit does not answer the phones most days, when you do get someone on the phone they cant answer half the questions you have, they say someone will call you back and no one ever does. Their supposed to help children, instead they are causing more harm then good. They are co-ed so boys and girls are together most of the day. They cant supervise phone calls so how are they supervising multiple males and females in one unit? They dont communicate ... read more

I was debating on this rating but if I'm being honest I was baker act here and the doctors really don't care I had no follow up what so over when I got out. However I will admit that some of the staff were excellent and made my experience way better especially the morning shift it felt like the night shift didn't care and just tried get us to sleep so they can be on their phones well some of them as well some with the morning shift.

Do not, under any circumstances admit a loved one to this facility. This is a corporate profit company that cares nothing about the well being of it's residents. They are a corporate insurance machine. Plain and simple.

they re horrible. Doctors and workers do not return call. I believe this place is about the insurance money not the patient's health. I am trying to get my husband out. do not use this place
