they re horrible. Doctors and workers do not return call. I believe this place is about the insurance money not the patient's health. I am trying to get my husband out. do not use this place

Beware!!! My father is schizophrenic and belives the Lord speaks to him. He lives upnorth. He called the police to have me committee. He had called me in the middle of the night and because he woke me and thought I was on drugs and over dosing , because the Lord told him. They put me in there and it was horrible. I had my own Psychirotrist. When he saw me he gasped and said you don't belong here. He got me out. The people there were treated abusively. If anyone knows of a lawyer that will fight against park royal, please let me know. Hey, they need to be shut down. It's outright dangerous. The patients acted better then the staff. I was hurt totally mistreated, lied too. Need a lawyer to get them shut down. They cause mental health problems. Anyone know a lawyer. Living in the streets is about as safe as park royal. Horrific

Horrible. Should have been there. That's per psychiatrist. Said I would be discharged. That was Wednesday, discharged Saturday. Asked for patient advocate. Was told no ones here. Asked atleast 2xs aday. I can go on and on. They lie, make fun of patients.,talk down to people. The rules change with every person. They are nasty and have no communication and should be shut down. They put people in danger. In 2 days, 3 fights broke out between men, chairs thrown, blood everywhere. So much for us people in wheelchairs. Nur... read more

As someone has mentioned, Salus Care is very bad, Park Royal is horrible! There is no care, there is only internment. They could care even less about the human beings housed there, it's about money,

Oh my word run far away & please read the article in the NY times about Arcadia health systems & what they do to people. They hold you until your insurance runs out or could hold you that long. This article is very disturbing & the CEO Christopher Turner you pay this bill. I refuse. Are you people kidding me I was assaulted on August 5th 2025 by a tech named Dawn who didn't know how to tell time as per what she told me. How rude & disrespectful she is. Just called to check on a patient. I was redirected to call here by David Lawrence Center Naples, FL. Upon calling, the phone operator seemed to forget customer or patient service. She was extremely rude and repeated while I'm in silence "I don't know why David Lawrence would tell you that, we are not associated with David Lawrence and the patient is not here" seriously? wow!!! i don't even know where to start. zero stars. this is all about the money. it's called medicaid & medicare fraud. i was put in section 2b so please be careful. the staff ignores you and they look right at you & it's like your not there. could you believe your in a mental hospital with no doctors/ therapist on duty 24/7. what!!! then i find out the person in my room on july 31st went off & urinated & pooped and smeared it all over & they never had it cleaned properly. they shut the door. the staff said your room was cl... read more
