I had an accident with somebody with their insurance (and was fault) and now i am without a vehicle and not working. The company is dragging their feet and not wanting to get me a rental car or do anything.

This is based on my first day dealing with Pekin. The customer service rep was extremely rude. I was in an accident last night with one of their insurers and I'm told I have to wait 5 days for someone to contact me. I told her this is unacceptable as I need a vehicle. She told me to rent a car with my own money and maybe they can reimburse me for it. But she can't tell me rather they can or not. What a joke. My insurance company has been in contact with me all day today.
