Have workers that are pleasant and at least sound like they like what they are doing. Do not have workers that should work the Collections end of the business working with folks who are trying to negotiate new contracts with Pennymac services. Allow "applicants" to delete applications that were started and not completed to avoid confusion on the worker/customer as to which account is being responded to. Do not allow more than one MAC person to work with the same customer.

Communication was good and Ivonne was helpful in helping resolve an issue with the underwriters which was a bit unusual. This is my second time using PennyMac as a lender and each occasion was positive.
