We had multiple loan officers helping us throughout which was hard to have good communication as our application changed hands three times
Better communication among your team members. One person would schedule a closing date and another person calls the next day saying it shouldn't have been scheduled or we need extra information and someone else calls and say everything is great nothing else is needed.
Excellent customer service
