The process took an extremely long time. We kept receiving the same emails. Once we questioned the time frame and losing our rate, suddenly everything moved quickly. Not a fan of the email system because we never received responses to our emails when we had questions or concerned.

As an existing customer, I thought things should go fairly easy, able to use the existing appraisal from December, rate reduction, no cash. The process of communicating to your assigned loan specialist during the process was not robust, not because of the specialist. In my opinion, it's due to the process.
