Just checking with your own people to get documents already sent. When requesting documents be accurate and clear as to what was needed and respond accurately when contacted by phone. You returning phone calls,not someone else. When it’s a refinance with the same company several documents were in your system but you didn’t bother to look. Doing refinance thru the computer will never again be done by me.

Improve your communication with the clients. Let them know that you received the documents and tell them where you are with the process.

I truly had no issues with Zandy. She quickly responded to my questions. However, the closing documents that I discussed with Angel and what was presented to my wife and myself were slightly different as the amount of refund we were getting changed each time the document was touched. Also, the documents that Zandy and Angel could see never reflected to what I saw when I received a secure link from the closing team.

We recently bought a new home in September 2019 and financed with PennyMac, when the pandemic hit and interest rates went low, we decided to refinance our mortgage with PennyMac. Super Easy!!!!! We phoned for information, all was totally and clearly explained. We started the process and within a month all the papers were signed and we were on to a new mortgage and $200.00 less a month mortgage payment!! The notary came to our home, we sat outside, and signed all the paperwork:) Thank you:):)

The process was extremely friendly and all of the individuals involved were really helpful. My last mortgage lender was a nightmare and I was really surprised how easy PennyMac made the process for me.

Loan officer never returned my telephone calls. One loan rep wasn’t very pleasant either.
