Great experience during my REFI...thank you MAC Team!
The monthly amount quoted by Floyd of $1406 turned out to be $1455. The check for $680 I was to receive at closing turned out to be $237, and there was no check. Jennifer Ovando did an excellent job advocating for me, and I have been told that i will receive a credit for $680, but I don't know how or when. The closing representative showed a lack of concern over Covid-19.
No communication. Loan was canceled without my consent. Took too long to close. Did not receive feedback of what the hold up was. No sense of urgency on PennyMacs behalf to close despite me calling and requesting an expedite. Received no communication on why my loan was canceled and ended up paying more than initially told.

The Process took a little longer than they had expected it to. Other than that everybody at penny Mac was great.
From the beginning of the refinance process the PennyMac team was amazing, they answered all my questions and truly made me feel comfortable and were there for me whenever I needed them. I can be a bit difficult at times, especially when it comes to loan numbers and making sure every number makes sense, but they were very patient with me and for that I am grateful, Thank you!!!
