Ease of doing business - online documents, no paystubs (your system pulled my employer's compensation records which made things easy), and in-home closing document signing.

When we received an email saying we could email back, we never heard back. Appointment for notary wasn't scheduled until last minute even though we replied with an email. We needed an additional $400 to close which when we started we were told we wouldn't need any more money. It looks like the money was in our loan amount anyways so why did we pay out of pocket? A direct phone number or email would be the best way of contact and communication.

I was told several different numbers 2 days before closing. I also requested the documents that showed all the numbers since my refund numbers changed several times. I also did not receive any of the closing documents during closing.

No communication. Loan was canceled without my consent. Took too long to close. Did not receive feedback of what the hold up was. No sense of urgency on PennyMacs behalf to close despite me calling and requesting an expedite. Received no communication on why my loan was canceled and ended up paying more than initially told.

the calls from your company were late in the evening for me. Getting ready for bed is not a good time to be receiving calls from anyone
