Everything has been taking care of and fast enough to process than what I expected. Thankfully for even this pandemic situation we've been able to do this and thanks for your help.
The bumps in this process was due to the transition of to the telecommunication process, due to covid19. No one is to blame for this, it was just the way the it was, working out the kinks in the system. In the end it all happened and on time. Thanks to Dennis Wang, Diana Rogel and Martha Musuda
Customer service was great, we were always updated on our loan process. The overall loan process was very quick despite our current situation Covid 19. We are very pleased and happy with Penny Mac Loan processing dept. Richard was always in contact with us and we want to thank him and everyone that helped us.

Our experience was great. The closing date was surprisingly scheduled earlier than we expected. We thought it would be done in June. The closing process was held here in our home, which was highly appreciated by my spouse. The closing process was shorter than we anticipated,
Very smooth process. My only complaint was my appt. to sign the papers. No confirmation, and the person was late, so I was unsure if we were still on since everything was so automated. Everything was very professional and easy.
From the beginning to the end of the closing process, everything went smoothly. Our loan officer dahlia it was great, and she kept us informed about the next steps. Glad to be a penny mac customer.
