The process was amazing! Much faster than I anticipated. Items I had questions about were answered rapidly and the team did not get annoyed or upset with me asking so many questions. It was smooth sailing and great service through and through.

She provided a high level of service that any customer should expect, but she exceeded my expectations. This made the entire process pleasant, and the next thing I knew someone was coordinating my closing. This is not my first refinance, but this was by far the easiest.
